Delivery Terms & Conditions
Prices to send baskets, ice buckets, tubs to country areas are available upon request. Where possible we aim to deliver within 24 hours.
Please ensure a contact phone number of recipient is given to ensure they are able to personally accept the gift.
For country and interstate deliveries, if the recipient is not home they will receive a card in the letterbox to call to rearrange delivery OR it may be left at their local post office.
Redelivery to Perth addresses or incorrectly addressed will incur a redelivery fee of $10.
Overnight delivery is NOT guaranteed. We use Australia Post, Courier Australia and Australian Air Express. During the busy times allow 3-4 days extra. We will not accept responsibility for overnight deliveries not received the next day as this is beyond our control.
Items requiring refrigeration are for Perth CBD and metro delivery only and must be received in person by the recipient.
Deliveries are Monday - Friday, Saturdays upon request.
