Refund Policy

Relish Gourmet will not provide refunds for incorrect choices or non reading of terms and conditions, however will issue you with a full credit for your purchase to be used at any other time and at any of our online stores.

If your gift order has been processed twice through a technology hitch, or from multiple submissions we will refund the duplicate order (s) immediately.

Applications for refunds outside our above terms will be assessed by our financial controller and may take up to 14 working days to process.

Relish Gourmet does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Relish Gourmet will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation.
